Just like our mash build, we make every effort to be a truly special product that is like no other whiskey or moonshine you have ever experienced. We do not infuse our shine to add our fruit flavors like most others. We have found a way to NATURALLY flavor our products without leaving fruit in the bottle, which tends to spoil after.

Recipe:

City Lights Shine All Night Long

1.5 oz. City Lights Shine Salted Caramel

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

3 oz. Cold Brew Coffee

1 oz. Heavy Cream

Build all ingredients except heavy cream with ice and stir to incorporate. Add heavy cream last, on top

Garnish with Grated Cinnamon

Pineapple Express

1.5 oz City Lights Shine Salted Caramel

3 oz Pineapple Juice

Dash of bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Pour over ice.

Top with Ginger Ale
